MARKETING CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN
Relevant Skills and Experience:
-
Understanding the preferences of the student demographic and their behaviours. Using data analysis and visualization to effectively convey these preferences to the groups involved in collective bargaining.
-
Developing a structured plan to outline campaign goals, public relations strategies, timeline, and key performance indicators.
-
Designing visually appealing and profound promotional materials to craft a narrative that aligns with messaging while ensuring consistency and memorability.
During a period of job action and collective bargaining between the University of Lethbridge and its faculty association in 2022, students were enthusiastic to return to their studies. To encourage faster deliberations, I had the opportunity to develop a marketing campaign and visuals featuring large, harrowingly empty class spaces. The campaign was a success with hundreds of students participating in the survey and letter-writing campaign.
